Compassionate Creations was co-founded in 2013 by Gieselle Blair and Veronica Balch. After 11 successful years, Gieselle decided to leave the Compassionate Creations so she could pursue her new wig business Tress Transformations.

Veronica was the consultation manager for Compassionate Creations. She graduated from Paul Mitchell The School.
